Ever wanted to learn what it takes to become an instructor? This course is focused on developing high level teaching skills alongside technical refinement and safety awareness. Participants will learn what is expected of an instructor, rapport with the students, motivational techniques, how to teach a class, including warm-ups and best practices to help you assist students in their development. The day will cover varied topics and be led by our most senior instructors Master Simmonds, Sabum Montier, Sabum Howells and BooSabum Howells.
There will be an hour break for lunch and there is a Costa on site. It will not all be a sit down lecture, there will be partial elements getting you moving and thinking.
You don't have to intend to teach to take the course, but one of the best ways to help develop your own Taekwon-Do skills is to learn how to teach it to other practitioners.
